Alan and Joanne worked in the Middle East for many years. Coming back home during holidays was always something they looked forward to, especially good old traditional Fish and Chips and a Full English Breakfast. But often, wherever they ate, there always seemed to be something missing.
On returning to the UK permanently, Alan and Joanne’s passion for traditional food lead them to think further. The Great British Public deserved better!
What if there was a place that served wholesome Fish and Chips and English Breakfasts, freshly prepared by a Chef, in a modern welcoming environment that also catered for variety of other tastes too?
…. and with that, Leo s was born.

Leo s Fish Bar is a family run business with a passion for providing the best quality Feel Good Food Fish & Chips, Traditional English Breakfasts, Pies, Kebabs, Fried Chicken, and Burgers, to name just some of the dishes.
All recipes are prepared by Leo s very own Chef from the finest, freshest ingredients: Maris Piper potatoes, Fish from the North East Atlantic, Superior Burgers and 100% Chicken Breast Fillet Burgers. And everything is cleaned, cut, prepared and fried on the premises.
But apart from a great breakfast, lunch and dining experience, Leo s is happy to welcome everyone at all times of the day. Whether it s for rest and refreshment (we serve Illy s, the best Italian coffee available), a break away from the office (we have FREE on site Wi Fi), or afternoon tea and cakes we are here for you.
With our special Kids Menu, Leo s is also the perfect place for a cost effective family meal.
As we set to build the Brand, we tried all sorts of media such as Key103 radio, Manchester Evening News, Direct mail etc, but by far the most effective way that helped us promote our business and build out Brand is through social media with the help of Alex, he genuinely understands our business, our vision, our audience and more importantly, his services add value to our bottom line.
City Center businesses are different than local ones due to the fact that audiences are wide and varied and the competition is very fierce, Alex found our large portion of our client base in terms of their passion, likes and hobbies such as music and football.
Our plans are to open a branch in Altrincham where we live, till then, if you are ever in Manchester City center, please drop by and say hello.
