Which platforms can you manage for clients?
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and part management of LinkedIn (we feel the latter has to be more hands on – as it’s about the person, not the business)
Is there a minimum contract we have to sign up for?
Social Media is about relationships so the full benefit comes from spending time developing those Therefore our initial contract is 3-6 months – which then rolls monthly from that point on Over 90% of our current Social Media Management clients have extended their initial 3-6 month contract / Over 50% of our clients we’ve been working with for a number of years
Which types of businesses do you look after at the moment?
Restaurants, Retailers, Web Designers, Automotive, Business Networking Groups
Are there any types of businesses you won’t manage Social Media for?
We’re open to discussion with most types of business … although we do feel training is often better for Professional Services such as Accountants and Solicitors for example We also see running the Social Media as a partnership and like to keep in touch on a regular basis so you are kept updated as to progress Businesses that are fully on board with content (see next question) get much much better results
What input / content do you need from us to run the campaign?
Before we start a campaign we sit down and discuss what we will need on a monthly basis from yourselves so we can effectively manage the campaign We will specify how often we need photos and blogs; how social media links with your physical business and website; what your preferred method of contact is during the campaign This stage is integral to the success of the campaign
