What are you giving away about your personality when you tweet every day
Quite a lot it seems according to this new Twitter Personality tool called Analyse140
Analyze140 reveals your personality by looking at how you use words on Twitter and outputs communication recommendations by personality type. It’s based on research by their science partner, Receptiviti, connecting word use to who people are.

WHAT DID IT SAY ABOUT OUR PSYCHOLOGY SNAPSHOT?
Power-driven
Has a strong need to exert power and influence, and may sometimes be domineering and overly assertive. Likes to be consulted about decisions, even when the decisions are of little importance.
Well-adjusted
Likely has good social skills and typically gets along well with others. Likely a relatively grounded person who values friendships, works hard, and has healthy life goals.
Upbeat
Optimistic, upbeat, and generally friendly. Projects a happy, breezy attitude. Tends to put others in a positive mood and is generally liked by others.
Chat-Up Advice
They’ll probably want to lead the conversation. Do your best to avoid being pessimistic or negative. Do your best to state your opinions openly and be sure to listen to theirs.
HOW ACCURATE IS IT?
Now – how accurate it is depends on how authentic you are on Twitter as we know in the age of personal branding people can often give a very different impression of themselves online that who they actually are in real life
It’s also said that people have very different personalities across different social networks – so their Social Media presence on Twitter will be very different than what it is on Facebook and LinkedIn
Looking at the above 3 descriptions I’d say there’s an element of truth in Power-Driven, Well-Adjusted, Upbeat with the latter 2 being the most reflective
WHAT OTHER TRAITS COULD YOU BE?
Persuasive, Analytical thinker, Reward oriented, Group oriented, Type A, Socially warm, Nonchalant, Negative emotion-prone and many more
